Locanda Rosa Rosae is an ancient water mill dating back to the 1570's which has been carefully restored in every detail using recycled materials and converted into a boutique guesthouse.

Exposed brick walls, original floors and ancient wooden beams as well as the use of natural materials and objects, give this old mill a minimalist and austere atmosphere faithful to the original one but with a secret charm, especially in the evening, when everything is enlighted by candles.
