A stunning cellar built undergound from natural stones, where typical wines linked to the territory showing character, elegance and great personality are made. From May to October on Mondays' and Thurdays' you can visit this historic cellar and enjoy a guided wine tasting with a selection of 5 top wines, while on Tuesdays' you can book a walk with tasting of the Kastelaz wines directly on one of Alto Adige's most stunning vineyard.

Enjoy fine cold delicacies served as accompaniments to the wines in "Le verre capricieux" bistrot, an elegant building with adjacent garden where you can taste the fine wines of the Castel Ringberg and Kastelaz in a relaxed atmosphere in the shade of the trees every day

from 10 am to 5.30 pm in winter season  /  from 11.30 am to 6.30 pm in summer season
