The purpose of this festival held between two regions is to bring you back to the fine local food in the full respect of Mother Nature.
You will discover and meet ancient breed animals and varieties of fruit and vegetables as well as food stands where you could taste farmers specialities as typical black pig ham, sheep skewers, local wheat focaccia, sweet ravioli, fresh donkey milk, grapes sorbet, unique cheeses and wines produced from rare varieties of grapes.
