Ofelia (Ophelia) is a character in Shakespeare's Hamlet, a pure soul as the beers brewed by this craft brewery that was born of a passion: that one for unconventional beers.
Beers based on a strict selecion of raw materials and, in many cases, local and seasonal products such as organic honeydew (The Dark Side of Saison), pumpkin (Cucurbitter), bergamot (Beergamotta), spices and herbs (Piazza delle Erbe) or Cornedo cornelian cherry for the exclusive Scarlet one.
Free guided tours by reservation every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. and direct sales on Saturdays from 10 to 12 a.m.
