Open since 1850, the "Antico Ristorante Cardellino" is well known for keeping intact the values of the most authentic Venetian cuisine: here you can enjoy the famous "baccalà (codfish) alla Vicentina" prepared and cooked according to the original recipe and served with polenta, the typical white asparagus DOP of Bassano del Grappa, as well handmade pasta, risotto and high quality meat accompanied by seasonal vegetables.
