Old traditions, long weekends to enjoy, music and beer for younger, food and wine for gourmands, culture and art for refined ones in Parma area among Sissa, Polesine, Zibello and Roccabianca towns.

4 weekends from Nov. 4th to 27th, 2016 dedicated to traditional sausages, especially the "Culatello" from Zibello and the "Spalla Cruda" from Palasone.
