From Sept. 2nd to 10th, 2017 Parma province celebrates its famous ham

Now in its 20th edition, the Festival of Parma Ham is an important event where you will get to know and taste the best ham as well as enjoy the amazing tourist attractions and cultural delights of the area where it is born.

A full calendar of events related to gastronomy, entertainment and culture including demonstrations on the working procedure of Parma ham, guided ham tastings paired with wines and beers, cooking shows, themed cooking classes and visits to the ham factories to find out how ham is created with free shuttle.
