Established in the late 1900s over the Lake Viverone hills and based on passion for the vineyard passed down from farther to son, Azienda Agricola Massimo Pastoris is a family run winery very attentive to the quality of its wines.

Organic local wines as the awarded Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG vinified with a cold maceration of the grapes to enhance its aroma, Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG barricated, Canavese Nebbiolo DOC aged in small oak barrers, Rossetto (a rosé wine made from Nebbiolo and Frejsa grapes and bottled without being filtered) as well as an excellent Passito di Caluso DOC made with natural dried grapes.
